My realtor gave me word that she had another client selling this property. I immediately drove over to the address, grabbed the keys from the lock box and barged in! I was pretty shocked, it was a nice house, new double pane windows, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, new siding around the entire exterior, newer roof it seemed. I was impressed! It has a weird bathroom with a old person bathtub which will have to go, but other than that it was a gem! At a fantastic price!

I love the area too! Many houses being renovated around the neighborhood. It's a few blocks away from a large highschool and middle school! I think this home will make for a great home for a family! Just needa switch out that tub ahaha.

All for an astonishing 69,000 bucks. Listed originally at 99,000. I came it a bit quite a bit lower. I believe walking a property personally, and writing comments on it why you are offering less, and coming in with a cash no contingencies offer helps a lot when you're trying to get a deal.

It should bring 1,200-1,300 a month in rent. Will probably be all into it for 72,500 after the tub a touch ups throughout the house. Seems like a screaming deal!
